30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Because our items ship from overseas, return shipping can be close to or higher than the item price, so please contact us before sending anything back — we will confirm the return address and help you choose the most economical option.
Items We Cannot Accept
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts
- Items returned without contacting us first
How to Request a Return
- Email senglm@wanthree.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show the refund.
